Returns Policy

Resize Incorrectly Ordered Blades - If a custom bandsaw blade is accidentally ordered in an incorrect size larger than required, it may be returned to MK Morse in Canton, Ohio where the blade can be cut down to the correct length, re-welded, and shipped back to the customer. A $30 cut-and-reweld fee per blade applies, and all shipping and rework costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or Defective Product - All bandsaw blades are Made To Order. Thus, you WILL NOT be able to return bandsaw blades unless there is a manufacturers defect or we ship the wrong band. If that happens, we'll refund your money and pay for the return shipping of the product(s). If you make a mistake and ORDER THE WRONG ITEM, WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN. THESE BANDS ARE CUSTOM CUT TO LENGTH AND CANNOT BE RESOLD.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellation Policy
